This year, the Customer Event – ACE Festival 2025 – was created as a special journey inspired by “The Little Prince.” Throughout the evening, guests had the opportunity to travel across seven planets that revealed ACE Logistics Latvia’s values and highlighted the importance of togetherness. The event was filled with conversations, creativity and inspiration, offering a chance to get to know both the ACE Logistics Latvia team and our clients more closely.
During the evening, guests also got acquainted with the services provided by our valued clients – Digitālās Drukas Studija, Duo Systems, and Brain Games. They shared their collaboration experiences and stories about their companies and fields of activity. An integral part of the Customer Event has also become the opportunity to learn new skills – through discussions on relationships and communication, encouraging reflections on the role of trust and understanding in everyday work.
As the journey continued, guests explored ACE Logistics services and stories, and had the chance to talk directly with ACE Logistics Latvia employees. On the Planet of Creativity, everyone could leave their palm print on a collective artwork – a symbolic expression of team spirit and unity.
The highlight of the evening was dedicated to knowledge and inspiration. Kārlis Kasparāns, Managing Director of ACE Logistics Latvia, shared reflections on the team’s commitments and the challenges embraced together over the past year. Artūrs Piļķēvičs, Director of the Exupéry International School, delivered a lecture on neuroscience and human interaction. Meanwhile, artist Dace Andersone beautifully captured the course of the evening, creating a visual story of the event.
Guests also enjoyed delicious snacks and dishes prepared under the guidance of chef Oskars Cimdars, all accompanied by the atmosphere of live music. In the Star Hour finale, ACE employees performed as a warm-up act – singing, dancing, and demonstrating their ability to step out of their comfort zones. The evening concluded with a festive cake, a fun quiz with surprise gifts, and a performance by Aija Vītoliņa and her accompanying musicians, which helped extend the warm and celebratory atmosphere.
ACE Festival 2025 served as an inspiring reminder of the importance of togetherness, collaboration, and the joy of sharing experiences. A heartfelt thank-you to all our clients, partners, and the ACE team who were part of this special evening.
