
This spring, we conducted our annual customer satisfaction survey to evaluate our performance and identify areas for improvement. We are pleased to report that the overall satisfaction rating reached 8.5 out of 10.
Our company’s reputation in the Latvian logistics market was particularly well-regarded, with clients expressing a strong willingness to recommend ACE Logistics Latvia to their partners. Clients also appreciated our team’s accessibility and the ability to quickly connect with the appropriate contact person to efficiently address daily matters.
The survey results also highlighted areas where improvements are possible, including collaboration effectiveness and problem-solving. These areas will be our focus moving forward to further enhance the customer experience.
As a token of appreciation for participating in the survey, this year we donated €1.50 for each completed questionnaire to the OPEN Radošais Centrs association, which supports young people facing difficulties. We thank all clients whose involvement enabled us to make this meaningful contribution together.
Additionally, to express our gratitude for their responsiveness, all survey participants were entered into a draw for a chance to win two tickets to the 4. Lielais Koncerts. The winners have been selected and will be informed personally.
